Who We Are and What We Do

We are a boutique consulting firm committed to fully fuelling the world’s most forward-thinking companies. We teach people to more skilfully manage their energy to unlock their vast untapped resources by integrating insights from physiology, neuroscience, and psychology. We help leaders to become Chief Energy Officers. And finally, we work with organisations to continuously evolve their perspective and challenge their assumptions so they can solve increasingly complex problems.

Energise

Energise your people across four dimensions of energy - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - to fuel capacity for innovation, increased engagement and more sustainable high performance.

Evolve

Evolve and expand your organisational capacity by designing human-centered workplace policies and practices that drive sustainable growth and well being.

Solve

Solve your critical human performance challenges by addressing energy deficits and blocks at the individual, team, leader, and enterprise level.

The Science of High Performance

Our early inspiration came from work with professional athletes, who were struggling with performance challenges that defied technical solutions. Almost invariably, their problems took the form of insufficient capacity in at least one of four energy dimensions: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual (the energy of purpose).

The Energy Project’s work draws deeply on neuroscience, physiology, psychology, and perennial philosophy to provide a uniquely integrated method for addressing human performance challenges. In simple terms, we help people and organisations spend more time in the “Performance Zone™” – drawing on the best of themselves – and less in the “Survival Zone™” – to which we default in the face of fear and fatigue.
