Suzanne Coonan is a Senior Facilitator at The Energy Project.

She is an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and human resources leader with more than 20 years experience partnering across all organisational levels to lead strategic workplace initiatives and provide solutions that achieve results.

Formerly a VP of HR at an MBA School, Suzanne now partners with high-performing, high-achieving leaders to navigate challenging and complex environments, advance their careers, find more meaning and balance in work and life, and reach their highest aspirations. Suzanne is also a skilled speaker and facilitator on leadership and career development and has presented to hundreds of business leaders at major US and Fortune 500 companies.  

She has a master’s degree in Positive Organization Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University, a bachelor’s degree in Organisational Behavior from Northwestern University and is a graduate of the advanced coaching program at Coach University.

Suzanne lives in the Chicago area with her husband, Jim, and two daughters, Katie and Emma. She loves traveling around the world, cooking, training for marathons and triathlons, and being outside as much as possible.

Why do you work for The Energy Project?
I absolutely believe in the power of this work!  I have benefitted from it personally and have worked with leaders who experienced major transformations in their life by implementing these principles.  Managing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy truly does create more capacity to enjoy what is most important to us.  I am also inspired by the leadership at The Energy Project and their vision, passion and drive for fuelling a human energy revolution.
